3. For services involving government filings or third-party dependencies, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
Mode of Delivery
1. All digital deliverables (reports, filings, certificates, etc.) will be sent via email or made accessible through our secure client portal.
2. Physical copies, if requested, will be dispatched via registered post or courier service. Additional courier charges may apply
Physical Delivery Timelines
1. Domestic (India): Physical copies are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from dispatch.
2. International: We do not ship any physical products; we only provide virtual services.
Delivery Confirmation
Clients will receive a confirmation email upon completion of service. If you do not receive the deliverables within the communicated timeframe, please contact us at info@cbsventures.com with your order reference.
Failed Delivery
CBS Venture LTD is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
1. Incorrect email addresses
2. Incomplete documentation provided by the client
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely submission of all required inputs for service execution.
